- Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday.
- Drink warm water every morning.(after fresh up)
- Eat green vegetables like:- Bitter Gourd, Broccoli, Ladies Finger, Cabbage, etc
- Try to eat healthy food.(avoid junk food)
- Read 2 or 3 pages of a good book everyday to keep your mind fresh & active.
- Keep your body clean and maintain hygiene.
- Brush your teeth twice a day.(morning & night)
- Cut your nails once in a week.
- Take a shower with lukewarm water before bed/sleep.
- Avoid washing your hair everyday while taking body shower (because it can damage your hair). Twice in a week is enough for your healthy hair.
