  • Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday.
  • Drink warm water every morning.(after fresh up)
  • Eat green vegetables like:- Bitter Gourd, Broccoli, Ladies Finger, Cabbage, etc
  • Try to eat healthy food.(avoid junk food)
  • Read 2 or 3 pages of a good book everyday to keep your mind fresh & active.
  • Keep your body clean and maintain hygiene.
  • Brush your teeth twice a day.(morning & night)
  • Cut your nails once in a week.
  • Take a shower with lukewarm water before bed/sleep.
  • Avoid washing your hair everyday while taking body shower (because it can damage your hair). Twice in a week is enough for your healthy hair.
